  • The colour is shrouded in a lovely in a lovely intensity of deep red shading. The bouquet carries the perfume of ripe fruit and crushed strawberries, accompanied by the nobility and elegance imparted by the oak. On the palate mellow and resolute. The silken and partly dispersed tannin structure flatters agreeably. The robust finale, allied with a pleasant liveliness, prolongs he enjoyment with a youthful note.
  • My Syrah grapes produce a strong wine with an intensive colour. If drunk while young, it has a tangy extravagant taste. As the years go by it develops spicy perfumed hints of violet and mignonette which with time transmute into wild and peppery perfumes. At the height of its maturity it develops a harmonious taste which borders on perfection. To accompany lamb, beef, game or cheese.
  • Our Pinot Noir “Sélection Zermatterhof” has a deep ruby-red colour. The bouquet reminds one of ripe red berries and liquorice. On the palate it shows itself to be round and harmonious with a delicate finish. To accompany aperitif, salade-cheese starters and aged cheese
  • Our Oeil-de-Perdrix La Matze is dry with a pleasant acidity. Elegant and full-bodied wine with a captivating harmony. Our recommendation: An excellent accompaniment to a Valais Käseschnitte.
  • The complex aroma reminds one of ripe fruit, predominantly stewed rhubarb and grapefruit. A light wine. On the palate it develops a well-balanced, complex structure with a lovely ripe acidity and a typical slightly salty taste at the finish.
  • The voluptuous richness of this wine and its charming typical taste fill one with enthusiasm. A hint of residual sweetness completes the perfect harmony of our Johannisberg. Excellent As an aperitif, with cheese specialities or to accompany asparagus or artichokes.
  • This Humagne Rouge is a deep garnet-red. Expressive on the nose, it is alive with aromas of elderflower jelly and subtle notes of young wood. It delights the palate with a subtle tannin structure and is ideal for connoisseurs of authentic wines. Game, beef, lamb, cheese.
  • A fruity shade to the aroma, reminding one of apricots and peaches. Full-bodied on the palate with a discreet, well integrated hint of toastiness. A long-lasting taste as it slips down, escorted by light and elegant tannins. When matured in casks, this dry Heida is unique.
  • This exquisite sweet wine caresses one‘s nose with an intensive bouquet which reminds one of exotic fruits like mango, pineapple and litchi. The first sip is mild yet stimulating. The intensive fruitiness and the presence of residual sugar combined with a delightful touch of acidity makes it a true enchantment to the palate. A waft of tannins accompanies the long, lingering finish of this rarity. To accompany mature cheeses, both hard and soft. Or with desserts and cakes.
  • The pleasant acidity and slightly salty note come from the Petite Arvine grapes. The Pinot Blanc contributes a perfume of exotic fruits. The Pinot Gris gives the Cuvée Madame Rosmarie Mathier its full-bodied nature and its residual sweetness. The Sylvaner confers its persistence. Our recommendation: as an aperitif, or to accompany sea fish or shellfish, poultry or Asiatic dishes.
  • A vivid colour with golden reflections. The harvested grapes, soaked in sunshine, can be imagined through the amount of body and the residual acidity to be found in this wine. The fruit from the old vines imparts a noble bouquet with a mineral note which reminds one of dried fruit. On the palate the Terre Promise de Molignon shows itself to be mature and well-balanced. Goes with: various hors d‘oeuvres/salad, local cheeses or as an aperitif.
  • The Cabernet Sauvignon confers on my Cuvée Madame Rosmarie Mathier red its fruity taste. The Humagne Rouge with its tangy, rustic tannins gives it spirit. The Syrah is responsible for its delicate note of pepper. The Pinot noir binds these three wines together, and subtly rounds off my Cuvée with its discreet natural elegance. To accompany lamb, beef, veal or pork, game or cheese.
  • Very intense and complex nose. Notes of small fruits, vanilla, leather and spice. In the mouth the wine is fresh and crisp. Very harmonious, with a good balance between acidity and tannins. This wine goes well with red meat, game, duck, and cheese.
  • Shining gold colour. The full-bodied bouquet rich in variety reminds one of honey and resin with a hint of almond and acacia-blossom. On the palate spicy and fruity, this is emphasized by a woody note with a pleasant bitter touch in the finale. With mature soft and blue cheeses, or to accompany desserts. Our recommandation: Gives perfect harmony with the royalty of blue cheeses: Roquefort und Gorgonzola.

It goes well with strong tasting meat, especially grilled beef and lamb; it accompanies game meat and birds equally well; an excellent companion for hard and semi-hard cheeses.
